Direct Hire Opportunity-Office Manager
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
$70k-$80K+ DOE
We are currently looking for an Office Manager to oversee the front desk and support the office administration for a Established Roofing & Siding company. This role is an integral part of supporting the business and instrumental in ensuring that clients have a pleasant experience when working with Landmark Roofing and Siding. As the ‘face of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable, friendly, organized and have excellent communication skills. You should have a talent for multitasking, administrative abilities and highly organized.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create a positive first impression by promptly greeting and assisting all visitors or callers.
- Sort incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages (USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.).
- Answer company phone line(s), taking and routing accurate and concise messages, streamlining communications to staff via email or by phone.
- Project scheduling via CRM.
- Maintain records in a professional, accurate and organized manner.
- Impeccable customer service both in the office and on the phone; from primary inquiry to project follow up calls and emails.
- Office and Project management and organization.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities are a must.
Essential Skills and Abilities a must:
- Experience with Office Suite with high working knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe, DocuSign.
- Experience in CRM program a must.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
- Accounting and QuickBooks experience (minimum 3 years) Understand budgeting, invoice and financial reporting.
- Problem solving – Identifying and resolving issues that arise in the office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Time management, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring projects are complete on time.
- Organized a must, this includes managing schedule, record-keeping, and maintaining and organized workspace
- Self-starter a must.
- HR experience is a must
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, building relationships with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Multitasking, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
- Assigning tasks effectively to leverage team strengths and optimize workflow.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks, such as managing records and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Office Management or similar degree.
- A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration.
