Kelly Services is Seeking an Office Manager for an client in the Ocoee area.
Job title: Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Weekly Hourly requirements: 25-30 hours per week
Location: In person, Ocoee FL
Pay scale: $25-$35 depending upon qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
· Reconcile bank and credit card statements daily
· Process vendor bills, expense reports, and client invoices
· Prepare and submit payroll, coordinate with payroll provider, and manage employee records
· Support month-end and year-end closing, and assist with financial reporting
· Work with CPA or outside accountant on external filings
Office & Administrative Management
· Oversee daily office operations, ensuring supplies, systems, and communications are well maintained
· Manage vendor relationships and office contracts
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and general communications for management
· Maintain employee files and assist with onboarding new hires
· Support management with special projects and administrative tasks
· Be part of a team of a few that answers the phone when it rings
Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping or office management experience (small business or professional office preferred)
· Software: Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite
· Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

· A proactive, “can-do” attitude
· Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
