Title: Operations Clerk-III – Autonomous Delivery Loader - 25010
Location: Mesa, Chandler, or Greater Phoenix Area, AZ (must reside near one of these areas)
Classification: Temporary Agency Worker, Full-time
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
Contract Duration: 4 months
Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts; must specify preference for AM (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) or PM (3:30 PM–12:00 AM); nights, weekends, and holidays required; shift rotation possible with two week notice

A robotics and automation-driven logistics operations team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loader to support autonomous delivery workflows in the Greater Phoenix area. In this field-based role, you will travel between merchant locations, load orders into autonomous delivery vehicles/robots, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The position includes two days of training in Mesa, AZ, with a company-provided vehicle or ebike (as needed). Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and efficiently navigate routes between multiple merchant partners using a company vehicle or micromobility solution (e.g., ebike).
  • Securely load items into autonomous delivery robots while maintaining packaging integrity and spill prevention for customer deliveries.
  • Use a mobile logistics application to locate robots, unlock cargo compartments, and update order status in real time.
  • Monitor robots for safety considerations and assist with their field navigation as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of robot cargo areas and participate in asset and facility cleaning, auditing, inventory, and general operational tasks when active delivery workflows are paused.
  • Adapt to schedule rotations and provide support during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for business continuity.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple locations in the Phoenix metro area.
  • Comfortable navigating Greater Phoenix Area independently in vehicle or on ebike/micro-mobility.
  • Physically able to stand, stoop, bend, and lift objects up to 35 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and operating micromobility equipment when required.
  • Strong organizational skills and adherence to processes and schedules.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to support changing operational needs including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
