Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.13/hour + 4% vacation pay

What's a typical day as an Operations Specialist? You'll be:

  • Receiving and reviewing insurance documentation to ensure all files are complete and accurate for day-of-funding processes
  • Supporting quality control reviews and meeting performance metrics as part of a 43-member team
  • Interacting professionally with solicitors and internal teams to support the Credit Centre Adjudication business unit
  • Performing detailed data entry, administrative tasks, and bookkeeping to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Managing client accounts with attention to detail and risk awareness

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have post-secondary education and 2-4 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, or data entry
  • Demonstrate expertise in the MS Office Suite and are skilled at problem-solving
  • Possess strong communication, client management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Bring experience meeting SLAs and an understanding of risk management
  • Preferably have a background in banking, accounting, real estate law, mortgage funding, or a law firm environment
