Position Overview 

The Operations Support Representative is an integral and integrated part of the logistics process. This position involves managing repair orders, creating work orders in company systems, reviewing incoming customer returned material and executing transactions to support repair and delivery activities. The role is performed in a dynamic warehouse setting, requiring adaptability to physical and logistical conditions. 

 

Essential Functions /?Key Areas of?Responsibility 

  • Order Management: Review incoming repair orders and materials, validate work scope, and create accurate work orders in company systems. 

  • Database Accuracy: Ensure repair scopes, warranty claims, and financial details are properly recorded in SAP. 

  • Warehouse Coordination: Interface with warehouse teams to ensure seamless workflows. Deliver completed work orders to the shop floor. 

  • Subcontracting: Generate and close subcontract purchase orders for off-site repairs. 

  • Shipping and Delivery: Verify customer financial standing and coordinate delivery of completed repairs. 

  • Team Support: Collaborate to meet team targets for accuracy and processing speed.? 

 

Minimum Requirements:?Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • Certification/Associates Degree or (equivalent work experience.) 

  • 2 years' data entry or service support experience preferably in Aviation, Electronics or Technical industry. 

  • Must be task oriented, organized, attentive to detail and process oriented. 

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • PC, Word, Excel, Outlook and Database applications. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in aviation, electronics, or technical industries. 

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry a plus 

  • Familiarity with warehouse logistics processes and best practices. 

 

Physical Demands 

  • Able to lift a minimum of twenty (20) pounds regularly and up to fifty (50) pounds on occasion with help. Must be able to work standing up. 

  • Standing stations, average walking of 2 miles per day, dragging, pulling heavy materials with assistance of jacks and lifts (manual and power), lifting, moving boxes, crates and carts constantly.? Climbing step ladders between 2' up to 10' as part of regular responsibilities
