Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
Schedule: 40 hours + weekly, working June-August
Must be 14 years of age or older

    Job Duties:
    • Pollinating plants to ensure successful reproduction
    • Maintaining research plots by hoeing, counting, and staking
    • Discarding seed and tagging plants for identification
    • Collecting leaf and plant samples for analysis
    • Setting up and tearing down irrigation systems
    • Maintaining general cleanliness and organization in the work area

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
    • Are detail-oriented and can perform accurate work in a repetitive motion environment
    •Can work outdoors in different weather conditions
    • Are self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
    • Are available to work more than 8 hours a day, including weekends, during peak work times
    • Have schedule availability to work from early morning until the evening
    • Can work around soybeans, corn, wheat, pollen, and dust for extended periods of time
    • Can walk, stand, and crouch for several hours at a time on uneven ground
    • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required to drive)
