Kelly Services is hiring Packaging Machine Operators in Holbrook, MA!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with flexibility for OT on Fridays)
Rate: $18.00–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Openings: 2 Immediate Needs
Kelly Services is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is a mission-critical role within our Manufacturing and Packaging operations, supporting pharmaceutical production in a safe, clean, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging lines, including building boxes, loading product bottles into cases, and palletizing finished boxes
- Load components (such as bottles, cartons, cups, booklets, shippers) onto machines
- Use pallet jacks to move materials around the facility and support inventory counts
- Inspect bottles and products throughout the packaging process to ensure quality and compliance
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and production rooms; properly dispose of waste
- Complete documentation in accordance with departmental SOPs and cGMP guidelines
- Quickly learn and become competent in other core department skills as needed
- Follow all workplace and safety regulations
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing/packaging environment preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a team setting
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Frequently able to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime (including Fridays as needed)
