Overview:
- 3rd Shift 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday. 2nd shift may also be available (3:30 to 11:30 Monday-Friday)
- $25.43 per hour.
- Training is on 1st shift 3-6 weeks
- Weekly pay.
- Benefits available after 30 days or less.
- Climate-controlled facility.
- Temp to hire with potential for hire based on performance, reliability, and business needs. Benefits through company and increase in pay if hired directly.
What's a typical day as a Packaging Worker?
- Operate automated production machines and equipment.
- Load the machine with components and supplies.
- Complete product changeovers.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Address machine stops in a timely manner and work with mechanics for repairs.
- Perform quality checks to set standards and maintain required quality documents and shift reports.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have recent high-speed machine operation experience.
- Can work with high-speed, automated production machines
- Are willing and able to work in a team environment with limited supervision, and independently when necessary.
- Can lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet your entire shift.
- Have strong attention to detail and are motivated to meet production goals.
- Can track and maintain production and inventory records.
- Can work overtime and weekends if needed.
