We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in Bridgewater, MA. As a Clinical Packaging Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring precision and perfection in the packaging of clinical supplies for trials.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, package, and maintain clinical blinding requirements in a zero defect environment.
• Ensure each package meets clinical standards of precision and perfection.
• Propose creative solutions and resolve issues to maintain zero defects.
• Work effectively in a clinical packaging environment, following protocols and handling frozen/refrigerated products.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to protocols and strict quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Capability to handle frozen/refrigerated products and follow proper gowning procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
