l Schedule: Hybrid 3 days On site and 2 days Remote

What a typical day as a Paralegal Level III.might look like:
Responsibilities:
l This position is for a New York, Personal Injury Protection (PIP/ no-fault) paralegal who performs a variety of routine paralegal duties and has a solid understanding of routine legal issues. 
l Assists attorneys and others in legal case preparation and file management for standard matters which may include routine to moderate legal research, conducting investigations, drafting routine documents and obtaining, reviewing, summarizing and analyzing all relevant documents, reports, records and other sources of information.
l Familiarity with New York, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), no-fault, law is preferred.
l May conduct basic legal research and analyzes to prepare legal documents.
l Assists with projects as requested
l Compiles and/or drafts legal documents for review and use by attorneys such as routine documents, discovery responses, affidavits/affirmations, and other routine legal documents.
l May assist attorneys in preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial with general matters.
l Prepares exhibits and other demonstrative evidence.
l Categorizes and interprets data; reviews and analyzes reports, responses and records.
l Conducts routine investigations including interviews as needed and directed.
l Coordinates requests between multiple parties involved in litigation.
l Uses resources to identify and select subject matter experts and provides instruction on areas to address.
l May prepare and publish legal holds.
l May prepare case summaries and/or case analysis reports.
l Subpoenas records.
l Coordinates with Document Management to obtain underwriting files and certified polices.
l May review and process bills for payment.
l Captures time in accordance with policies and procedures.
l Utilizes technology to respond efficiently to discovery requests.
l Perform other duties as assigned.
