Patient Service Representative – part time (20 hours)

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $18-$20/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm part time 20 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle patient billing inquiries and insurance verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
