Join the Passport Team in Philadelphia PA! Kelly Government Solutions is currently seeking a Fraud Specialist II to join the passport team office in Philadelphia. This is a full-time, long-term, on-site role supporting the Fraud Program Office by performing sophisticated data analysis and providing program support.
Job Title: Fraud Specialist Level II
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Shift: This is a 1st shift, full-time, long-term position that is 100% ONSITE – Monday – Friday, Weekly Pay
Pay Rate: $27.95 an hour
(This pay rate has $4.93 H&W built in, being paid as cash. The H&W can be changed from cash and used as medical or 401K savings if you prefer.)
Key Responsibilities
Working under the oversight of the Government Fraud Program Manager (FPM), the Fraud Specialist II performs critical data analysis and program duties, including all functions of a Fraud Specialist Level I, and:
- Conduct Analysis & Investigation: Perform analytical case reviews and verify/analyze data across various internal, law enforcement, and commercial databases (e.g., LexisNexis, CCD, EVVE, CURP, CLEAR).
- Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain critical case data within the in-house fraud database and track fraud case statistics.
- Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a key interface with Diplomatic Security, Passport Center/Agencies, and external stakeholders, including acceptance facilities, law enforcement, and other Government agencies.
- Program Support: Update the Agency/Center FPM SharePoint page to ensure communication and resource sharing.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training, oversight, and guidance to lower-level Fraud Specialists and other contract staff within the Fraud Office.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in developing curriculum and training aids for Passport staff training programs.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong analytical, leadership, and technical skills, and meet the following core requirements:
- Analysis & Judgment: Capable of analyzing complex facts, thoroughly evaluating information, drawing sound conclusions from evaluations, and formulating clear recommendations.
- Leadership: Capable of leading small teams to achieve investigative and program goals.
Education/Experience Requirements
A candidate must meet the following education or experience baseline, AND possess the listed experience requirements:
Baseline Education/Experience (Choose One):
- Bachelor's Degree OR
- Four (4) years of experience in law enforcement, criminal justice, intelligence, or other professional analytic positions.
Required Specialized Experience:
- Analytic Experience: Three (3) years of experience in law enforcement, criminal justice, intelligence, or other professional analytic experience.
- Software Proficiency: Five (5) years of experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically demonstrating proficiency in: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
