Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist in the Dallas, Texas area for a fulltime opportunity. If you are experienced in customer service, administrative background including on-site in an office setting and seek a career in clinical trial research this rare entry level opportunity into a growing field within research is the position for you!

As a Patient Recruitment Specialist you will function under direct leadership of the Recruitment Manager.  In addition, you will collaborate with clinical site staff to recruit subjects for clinical trials.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Recruiting subjects for study participation via incoming calls, cold calls and texting platforms
  • Conduct phone screening interviews with potential subjects according to protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria while documenting each potential participant's eligibility or exclusion
  • Works closely with Coordinators to execute recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility
  • Schedules panelists screening visits and conduct reminder calls
  • Maintains valid recruitment data through database updates and other tools as necessary
  • Follows recruitment policies and procedures for tracking participants
  • Understands and abides by company procedures and guidelines as needed in recruitment activities to include implementing recruiting strategies, preparing action goals and schedules
  • Provides weekly status updates on recruitment activities
  • Maintains an active subject pipeline even when recruitment for a specific study is not underway
  • Attends study meetings pre/post as required by the leadership team
  • Reads and understands each assigned protocol
  • Escalates any critical or major finds or trends to the Recruitment Manager
  • Perform other duties such as ad hoc projects, as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years work experience in an office setting on-site
