We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst / Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for a large number of employees across multiple states and ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations. The role will also support union-related deductions and benefits processing, while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for 750+ employees

Audit payroll data and reconcile discrepancies

Manage union-related deductions and remit dues, pension, and health & welfare payments

Coordinate with third-party vendors for wage garnishments and tax payments

Process off-cycle and manual payments as needed

Troubleshoot timekeeping issues (Kronos) and support time file processing

Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits
