Job Description:

Kelly Services is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our client in Virginia Beach! The Payroll Processor will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. This role is temp-to-hire! 

Location: Virginia Beach
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and other withholdings from employee wages.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with the preparation of payroll-related financial reports.
• Conduct analysis and reconciliation for payroll accounts to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 5 years Payroll Management
• 3 years QuickBooks
• 3 years Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
