Kelly Services is actively seeking a Pharma Marketing Manager - Promotions for a long term engagement with one of our Global Clients based in New Brunswick, NJ.
This is a fully remote role - You must reside on the East Coast.  NY, NJ, MA (Boston), or Philadelphia, PA preferred.

Pay rate:  open - dependent on experience + benefits

Role Purpose: This role will be both internally and externally focused, managing day-to-day operational communications for the portfolio, including our new offering, the Universal model.

This role has the following objectives: THINK: Position the firm as a leader, pioneering innovation models that advance and shape the next frontier of health and well-being. THINK: Raise awareness of the the firms Universal model and its potential to transform innovation ecosystems around the world. FEEL: Build pride, reputation and advocacy for the firm within the global, regional local Innovation communities DO: Attract potential partners to the launch of the firms  Universal in target locations and to the firms Innovation globally.

Role Duties: The firms Universal Communications Planning Execution Maintain and execute standardized communications plan and assets for the firms  Universal Launches and life-cycle management, e.g.
o Press releases at signing and launch events
o Milestone communications
o Overarching messaging on the model as it grows
o Proof-points and impact/value story-telling
o Launch communications project management
o Executive messaging/briefings
o Internal messaging. Responsible for ensuring the firms communications materials are updated with latest messaging, e.g. superdecks, message maps, web content, etc.
Provide Communications representation on Universal Launch working groups Ensure alignment of approach with wider Communications team
Global Media Relations, Investor Relations, Government Affairs Policy and Office of the Corporate Secretary.  Compliance Ensure all external communications content e.g. press releases and messaging is drafted, reviewed and approved in accordance with the firms corporate policies. Manage systems reviews of external speaking engagements Ambassador Hub, content and announcements with value transfer GOEX . Responsible for agency management where appropriate and for processing POs and other administrative transactions through eMarketplace. Project management and reporting 

A successful candidate will have: 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree arts or science
  • A proven performer with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing communications, preferably in the healthcare or innovation sector
  • Exceptional organization, written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage and track projects over their entire lifespan
  • Immersive storytelling capabilities: able to create dynamic, resonant stories to reach and engage stakeholders across multiple channels
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors
  • Experience with social and video communications technologies
  • A global mindset, preferably with experience engaging stakeholders in multiple markets
  • Proven experience as a trusted partner and effective collaborator across a global network of colleagues and business leaders
  • Business acumen and proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment with global as well as regional business partners
  • Experience with managing communications programs from concept through to completion.
  • A strong sense of urgency, focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Exceptional team-work and collaboration skills, and the ability to effectively interface and provide updates (and sometimes counsel) to VP level leaders
