Now Hiring: Pick & Pack Worker
Location: New Hartford, CT
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM)
Assignment Length: 6 weeks to start, with potential for extension and possible permanent hire after 720 hours worked

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Circulation Clerk to join our team full-time in New Hartford, CT for a 6-week assignment. This role is similar to a traditional pick and pack position, with a strong focus on processing returns, as we operate a high-volume rental library. There is potential for assignment extension and permanent hire after 720 hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack rental items accurately and efficiently

Receive, inspect, and process returned items

Maintain clean, organized workstations

Follow company procedures for handling inventory

Perform basic record keeping or data entry

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Qualifications:

Experience in pick/pack, warehouse, or similar roles preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Quick learner with a positive attitude
