Shift Options (12-hour Rotating):
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $16.25/hr (Rotating)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.25/hr (Rotating)

We are hiring dependable and motivated Pickers & Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse and food packaging environment. This role involves preparing, inspecting, and packing food-safe products with strict attention to safety, hygiene, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, sort, inspect, and pack products according to order specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet safety and food-grade standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Use basic tools or handheld scanners (training provided)
- Comply with all safety and food handling protocols
- Communicate effectively in English or Spanish
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (either day or night)
- Environment is not climate-controlled — if it's hot outside, it's hot inside
- Must complete a 30-minute facility tour prior to assignment

Not Allowed:
- Nail polish, fake nails, or fake eyelashes
- Sleeveless shirts, tank tops, or spaghetti straps
- Yoga pants, cargo pants, stretch/workout pants
- Glitter or blinged-out clothing
- Open sweaters, jackets, or coats
- Jewelry (only a plain wedding band is allowed)
- Open-toe or heeled shoes (no sandals or flip-flops)
- Shirts or hoodies with zippers or buttons
- Watches, Bluetooth devices, or cell phones on the floor
- Lunch boxes, silverware, and thermoses on the production floor
What You CAN Wear:
- Khaki pants or jeans
- T-shirt, blouse, or pullover (no zippers/buttons)
- Closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes or boots)
- Knee-length shorts (are acceptable)
Personal Hygiene & Safety:
- Hairnets, safety glasses, and earplugs will be provided
- Must be worn at all times in production areas
- Clean hygiene is required due to food safety
- No heavy perfumes or colognes
Additional Info:
- All employees must follow instructions from the Officer team
- Mandatory inspections before leaving the facility
- This is a food packaging environment with strict cleanliness and safety requirements
- During heat advisories, extra breaks will be given, and water and ice pops are provided to keep workers safe and hydrated
- Must speak and understand English or Spanish
- Stand for extended periods
- Must pass a tour and basic screening before assignment
- Reliability and punctuality are a must — full attendance expected

Estamos contratando personas responsables y motivadas para trabajar como Recolectores/as y Empacadores/as en un entorno dinámico de almacén y empaque de alimentos. Este puesto requiere preparar, inspeccionar y empacar productos aptos para el consumo, cumpliendo con estrictas normas de seguridad, higiene y precisión.
Responsabilidades Principales-
Recolectar, clasificar, inspeccionar y empacar productos según las especificaciones del pedido

Realizar controles de calidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares alimentarios

Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada en todo momento

Usar herramientas básicas o escáneres de mano (capacitación proporcionada)

Cumplir con todos los protocolos de seguridad y manipulación de alimentos

Comunicarse eficazmente en español o inglés

Debe poder trabajar turnos de 12 horas (día o noche)

El ambiente no es climatizado — si hace calor afuera, también lo hace adentro

Debe completar un recorrido de 30 minutos por la instalación antes de comenzar

Higiene personal y seguridad:

Se proporcionarán redes para el cabello, gafas de seguridad y tapones para los oídos

Deben usarse en todo momento dentro del área de producción

Se requiere higiene personal estricta debido a la manipulación de alimentos

No se permite el uso de perfumes o colonias fuertes
