Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Maintenance Technician for a Long Term Contract opportunity in Ringwood, IL.
Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be performing mechanical and parts maintenance and information in SAP.
Core Responsibilities Include:
-Execute tasks as assigned on a daily maintenance work plan
-Communicate through emails and SAP
-Work with tools, identify parts, replace parts, move equipment/parts/tools in a trolley
-Wear all required PPE and safety harness
-Work on plant equipment for repairs and preventative maintenance
-Attend maintenance meetings, safety meetings, site meetings and abide by safety direvitves under the safe work permit
-Drive and use scissor lift to perform various work
Required Qualifications:
-Some college or an Associate's Degree or work experience equivalent
-Valid Driver's License
-3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance/manufacturing maintenance
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 
-Proficient in SAP
-Excellent communication skills, organizational and work coordination skills, and interpersonal skills are critical to role success 
-Must exhibits professional behaviors and maintains high ethical standards. 
-A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Benefits and Compensation: 
-11 paid holidays (8 hours each)
-120 hours of paid time off (pro-rated first year)
-Medical Insurance at 50/50 cost share between employee and Kelly Services
-Annual performance evaluations
