Pay Rate: $21.75–$22.75/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Assignment Type: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
Location: 100% Remote (supporting either the Central or Eastern U.S.)

What You'll Be Doing:
• Accurately process daily Prevailing Wage reports and submit them to the appropriate state and customer portals.
• Ensure technicians are paid correctly and on time, following all wage compliance guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support wage reporting for designated U.S. regions (Central or Eastern).
• Identify and address discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance at every step.

• Are proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Possess strong math skills and a knack for interpreting numerical data.
• Can handle sensitive information with discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Think critically and proactively seek clarity when issues arise.
• Enjoy being part of a team-oriented environment where collaboration is key.
• Have experience in payroll, compliance, or data analysis roles with a strong focus on reporting or regulatory accuracy.
• May have a background in HR compliance, accounting support, or Prevailing Wage reporting (a plus, but not required).
