Location: Rochester, NY
Temporary with potential for long-term
Pay: $17.50/hr training, $18/hr after training
Schedule:
- Regular shift: Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (C Shift)
About the Role:
We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented Print Production Associates to support a busy manufacturing facility. Ideal for recent grads or those new to manufacturing looking to build experience with hands-on training and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, label, verify, and bin products
- Support quality control and prepare orders for shipment
- Communicate production issues to supervisors
- Maintain safety and a clean work environment
- Meet daily production goals
- Assist with overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and team-player mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Sit, stand, walk frequently, bend occasionally
- Comfortable in a production environment
