If you're detail-oriented, passionate about providing top-notch service, and love the idea of optimizing operational processes, you'll fit right in with the Kelly community. Why you should apply:

  • 100% remote position—work from wherever you're comfortable.
  • Competitive pay at $24/hr, paid weekly.

  • Process purchase requisitions and orders using eMP, J&J Ariba, Apex, and Worksense (SOWs, temps, 1099s); oversee order status, modifications, receipt, delivery, and closing of POs to align with budget goals.
  • Manage the new supplier add process in Apex, coordinating with requestors and tracking supplier forms and progress across databases.
  • Act as the eMP Liaison with the Procurement group to ensure accuracy and efficiency, sharing process improvements as needed.
  • Enter Capital Requests (aCARs), process Check Requests in Ariba, and generate Excel reports as required.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve any issues with invoice cost, quantity, or delivery discrepancies.
This job might be an excellent fit if you:

  • Know your way around Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and have strong typing skills.
  • Experience with J&J systems (Ariba, eMP, Apex, Worksense) is a plus, but you'll be trained if you're the right fit!
