Job Title: Procurement Clerk
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
Location: Rancho Cordova CA
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Contract Duration: Through February 1, 2026
Job Description:
We are seeking a punctual and reliable Procurement Clerk to support our operations during a team member's maternity leave. This position requires a detail-oriented and dependable individual with strong service dispatching, computer, and customer service skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service dispatching tasks, coordinating work orders and communication between technicians and vendors.
• Handle procurement tasks, including billing service tickets and entering vendor invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Work with various software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.).
• Maintain accuracy in all administrative tasks and adhere to deadlines.

 
Qualifications:

• Experience in Foundation Software preferred; not required, but considered a plus.
• Proficient with computers—must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools.
• Reliable and dedicated throughout the duration of the maternity leave (12/1/2025 – 2/1/2026).
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience in service dispatching or similar administrative coordination role.
• Willing to answer phone calls and manage email correspondence.
• Experience with billing service tickets and entering vendor invoices.
• Strong punctuality—required to start daily at 7:00am.
