Associate Product Manager (Approx. 3–6 Month Assignment)
Location: Brea, CA
Work Schedule: HYBRID: Monday – Friday (Tues–Thurs in office)
Pay Rate: $41.34/hour – $50.48/hour
Reporting to the Senior Global Product Manager, the Associate Product Manager (Temporary) is responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle of assigned product categories in the global dental market. This role focuses on supporting global product and packaging updates by coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth implementation across regions. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to drive product transitions, maintain compliance, and facilitate effective communication among global stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
Support ongoing product and packaging updates across global markets by coordinating timelines, managing country-specific requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation of changes.

Partner with internal teams—including design, planning, regulatory affairs, quality, and marketing—and external suppliers to facilitate product transitions, artwork revisions, and packaging compliance.

Track and monitor project progress using tools such as Excel or Smartsheet, proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of documentation including product labeling, instructions for use (IFUs), and regulatory submissions.

Support inventory planning to minimize obsolescence and ensure product availability during transitions.

Manage communications across global teams by coordinating updates, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, product management, or supply chain management, preferably within the medical device, dental, or consumer goods industries.

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

This is a temporary contractor position (3–6 months) with the potential for extension or conversion to a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.
