What a typical day as a Production Associate might look like:
Responsibilities:
l Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
l Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
l Performs manufacturing/assembly operations on one to two production lines and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
l Maintains daily production output.
l May participate in quality control inspections.
l May work in Decon area, unpacking, disinfecting and dis-positioning returned product
l Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
l Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in Quality and LEAN activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
l Comply with EHS and Quality procedures, regulations and policies.

Qualifications:
l High School Diploma or local equivalent
l Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
l Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits
l Ability to communicate using English (or local language)
l 6 months of manufacturing experience
l Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience
l Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel
