Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

Kelly® is partnering with a premier manufacturing facility in Fort Lawn, SC to find motivated and reliable Production Associates. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to grow, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repackage glass bottles into different casings on a production line

  • Perform visual inspections and sort bottles by serial number for accuracy

  • Palletize and move cases of empty and full bottles using safe lifting techniques

  • Inspect bottles, apply caps, tighten, and ensure proper coding is applied

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

  • Assist with other general labor or production tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

  • Comfortable working in a standing and physically active role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
