Now Hiring: Assembly Workers – Food Production Facility (Chicago Heights, IL)

Location: Chicago Heights, IL
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM, Monday–Friday)
Mandatory Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Work Environment: Temperatures typically 50–60°F

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that helps produce quality food products enjoyed nationwide? We're looking for Assembly Workers to join our growing food production facility in Chicago Heights, IL.

What You'll Do
  • Perform assembly and production tasks to ensure food products meet company specifications.

  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must wear steel-toed shoes.

  • Must be available for 12-hour shifts and mandatory Saturday overtime.
