Location: Tiffin, OH 44883
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.
Shifts Available: 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all plant safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, and ensures work area is clean, safe, and organized.
• Maintains regular attendance and collaborates effectively in a team environment, assisting and guiding helpers when needed.
• Interprets work orders and follows job procedures to assemble, package, label, and move products efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures packaging meets quantity and quality requirements while monitoring safety devices and reporting any unsafe conditions.

Must-Haves:

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 
• 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Must have ability to read/write and interpret documents (safety rules, operating/procedure instructions, blueprints, etc..) 
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervision and management 
• Must have the ability to do basic mathematical calculations 
• Must have the ability to use a tape measure
