Kelly is assisting a leading provider within the Automotive Sector that globally distributes plastic fasteners to all the major OEMS and their suppliers in Chippewa Falls, WI.  These are temp to hire General Technician positions on first and second shift.

  •  $18.00 (1st & 3rd shift)
  •  $19.80 (2nd & 4th shift)
• 1st Shift:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 7 am - 7:15 pm
• 2nd Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 7 pm - 7:15 am
• 3rd Shift:  Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 7 am - 7:15 pm
• 4th Shift:  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday7 pm – 7:15 am

Benefits once hired on:
The basics of working as a General Technician include:

• Operate 14 to 15 injection molding machines in a production cell
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift to include walking, standing, and squatting
• Label and package product following work instructions and customer requirements
• Other tasks and duties as assigned; may need to climb a ladder

Here's what it takes to apply for the General Technician positions:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Able to apply 5S to workspace
• Detail oriented, especially visual skills
• Ability to read and understand written processes and instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable in basic computer skills
