Job Title: Production Finisher
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17 – $19 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Production Finisher to join our team. This role involves working with resin materials and applying finishing coats to parts or products to ensure high-quality results. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
Responsibilities:

Apply resin and finishing coats to products according to specifications

Sand, buff, and polish surfaces to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish

Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:

Experience with resins or finishing work is preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
