? What's a typical day as a Production Helper III? You will:

Safely operate and support a variety of corrugated manufacturing equipment and auxiliary systems.

Perform make-ready and shutdown procedures under instruction.

Conduct quality inspections and verify product against inspection criteria (labels, dimensions, board quality).

Set up materials, maintain waste and efficiency standards, and complete required production paperwork.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, performing housekeeping duties.
-
Report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting and inspections.
-
Lift, stage, and move materials as needed; support other departments during changeovers.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
-
Prior manufacturing experience (corrugated/packaging experience preferred).
-
Comfort working in a safety-sensitive, machine-driven environment.
-
Ability to work overtime, up to 12-hour shifts, and occasional Saturdays.

Basic math skills, ability to read a tape measure to 1/16", and basic computer input skills.

Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend/kneel for a full shift.

High School diploma or GED.
-
Pass a drug screen and background check; must be 18+.
Preferred:
-
Experience operating corrugators, die-cutters, flexo/print, folder-gluers, or slitter-scorers.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Requirements:
-
Repetitive movements, exposure to industrial noise, and potential temperature variability.

PPE required.
