Production Maintenance Technician
2:00 pm-10:00 pm M-F
10:00 pm-6:30 am M-F
33.50 with .50 cent differential per shift

Job Summary:
As a Production Maintenance Technician at our Wilsonville plant. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. With a 24/7 operational environment, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting complex equipment that powers our high-speed automated production processes. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Wilsonville, OR
- Pay Rate: $33.50 with shift differentials
- Shift: 2:00 pm-10:00 pm M-F or 10:00 pm-6:30 am M-F


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support production lines by troubleshooting failures and making necessary repairs to maximize efficiency.
- Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP.
- Participate in rebuilds and overhauls on production line and support equipment.
- Assist with parts management and communicate any deficiencies to the Parts Planner.
- Maintain consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports.
- Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Operate the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system for inventory and operational excellence.
- Clean tools, parts, and equipment after maintenance tasks.
- Install new equipment and provide technical expertise to support production.
- Conduct quality reviews of equipment to ensure safety and performance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate; Trade School certification preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics and work with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
- Experience in welding, fabrication, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and production facility repairs preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.
