What a typical day as a Production Operator might look like: 
 

• Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine.
• Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery.
• Records & reports production numbers.
• Proficiency in usually reached in a few months.
• Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, Mixer, Pellet Mill, etc...

 This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 
 

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
• Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.
• Excellent Punctuality. Solid communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills. Flexible.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
• high school diploma or equivalent
• Steel Toed Shoes Required.
