Job Title: Production Technician I - Metal and Alloy Production Location: Ft. Worth, Texas

This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of launching an advanced manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience within a 24/7 industrial setting involving chemical, mechanical, and thermal processes.
SHIFT DETAILS:
Following production launch, you will work on shifts of 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off. Adjustments may occur.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Perform daily inspections of areas and equipment
- Prepare materials and equipment per recipes and work instructions
- Safely operate mobile and material handling equipment
- Monitor and adjust molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment
- Control equipment and process parameters for consistent quality and productivity
- Document and report production data
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
- Follow all safety regulations and policies
- Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Engage in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in foundry or hot metal processing
- Detail-oriented with strong housekeeping practices
- Basic computer skills: data entry into ERP system, Excel, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
