Job Title: Production Technician I - Metal and Alloy Production Location: Ft. Worth, Texas

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of launching an advanced manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience within a 24/7 industrial setting involving chemical, mechanical, and thermal processes. 

SHIFT DETAILS:
Following production launch, you will work on shifts of 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off. Adjustments may occur.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Perform daily inspections of areas and equipment
  • Prepare materials and equipment per recipes and work instructions
  • Safely operate mobile and material handling equipment
  • Monitor and adjust molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment
  • Control equipment and process parameters for consistent quality and productivity
  • Document and report production data
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace
  • Follow all safety regulations and policies
  • Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Engage in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in foundry or hot metal processing
  • Detail-oriented with strong housekeeping practices
  • Basic computer skills: data entry into ERP system, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
