Job Title: Production Operator (Tank Cleaning & Wastewater Experience)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (near Alliance Airport)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) Job Summary:
A well-established industrial facility in the Fort Worth area is seeking a Production Operator with direct experience in tank cleaning and wastewater system operations. This position offers a great opportunity for long-term employment with growth potential. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial environment on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment including pumps, valves, tanks, and filters.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of tanks and process vessels following safety and environmental protocols.
  • Support wastewater treatment processes by tracking system performance and performing routine maintenance.
  • Document operational data and maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and confined space entry protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding process issues or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or production environment.
  • Hands-on experience cleaning tanks and working with wastewater treatment systems is required.
  • Comfortable working with tools, valves, pumps, and industrial piping systems.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and enter confined spaces as needed.
  • Flexible to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Confined Space Entry certification
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
  • Experience in chemical, mining, or heavy industrial environments
