Pay Rate: $58,240 – $66,560 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our adhesive and chemical production facility in Gastonia, NC. In this role, you will directly supervise a small team and ensure all production processes are safe, efficient, and compliant with quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, confident leading a team, and capable of learning and managing a process-driven production flow — described by our team as similar to “baking a cake.” Given the flammable nature of the materials, adherence to safety protocols is non-negotiable. Cell phones are prohibited on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise 2–3 production staff and manage daily operations

Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production and delivery goals

Enforce safety protocols and proper PPE usage when handling flammable materials

Monitor and document production metrics, downtime, and inventory usage

Provide coaching, training, and support to production team members

Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, materials, or personnel

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment

Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to improve processes

Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade education preferred

Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or chemical-handling setting is a plus

Strong understanding of safety protocols and attention to detail

Willingness to lead by example and support hands-on tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions

Must wear closed-toe shoes and follow PPE requirements
