- Payrate: $25/hr
- Location: Melrose Park, IL
- Duration: temp to permanent
- Shift Schedule: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM. 1st two weeks on days; can transition to nights at the start of their 3rd week
Qualifications:
o Hands-on mechanical skillso Computer/HMI use
o Troubleshooting skills
o Any Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
o If no manufacturing experience, candidate needs to have hands on mechanical experience (i.e. Works on their car, worked in a bike shop, doe home remodeling, etc).
Responsibilities:
- o Setup and operation of all equipment used to aseptically fill a vial. All equipment that a Technician is expected to know the basic operation of by 1 year of employment:
- Component Preparation: Setup/Operation of Parts Washer and Component Sterilizer
- Filling Line: Setup/Operation of inline Vial Washer, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Filling Machine, Isolator, Capping Machine
- Lyophilization: Setup/Operation of Automatic Loading and Unloading System by Transfer Cart, Lyophilizers
- Tray-Off: Setup/Operation of rotary turntable/conveyor for placing sealed vials onto trays
o General Housekeeping of Manufacturing Area
- Perform Daily (Floors), Weekly (Walls and Floors), and Monthly (Ceiling, Walls and Floors) cleanings of the manufacturing areas
- Perform cleanings/clearance of the equipment and room for pre-clearance/post-clearance of a batch
- Restock operation supplies and gowning materials in Production areas
- Any other tasks requested by Supervisor or Group Leader
