Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time, temporary-to-hire
- Company: ZF North America, Inc.
- Location: Fowlerville
- Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hour
- Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Assemble components and perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Support the fabrication process by following instructions and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Qualifications & Skills:
- 6 months prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime during the week and possible weekends
