Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about managing the complete product lifecycle from conception to delivery, with proven experience in technical or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee new product development projects from ideation to full market launch.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project cycle.
  • Track and report project progress, anticipate and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and establish project goals.
  • Ensure that products meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve project processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing new product development projects and full product lifecycles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (such as MS Project, Agile, etc.).
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance, safety, and quality standards.
