Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time/3-6-month temp-hire
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and possible additional hours About Us
Our client is a dynamic and innovative interior design firm dedicated to transforming residential and commercial spaces into functional, beautiful environments. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate our interior design projects from start to finish. If you're a strong communicator, organized multitasker, and thrive in a creative and collaborative setting, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities:

  • Manage interior design projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, furniture, finishes, and track deliveries.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and timelines.
  • Address and resolve any project issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within interior design, architecture, or construction.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a challenging environment.
  • Knowledge of interior design materials, processes, and procurement is a plus.
