Kelly Services has partnered with a company that is located in Norwood, MA. Looking for a Purchasing Specialist.
The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing, vendor coordination, and support for sales order management. The role focuses on maintaining efficiency across purchasing, production, and customer service operations.

Create and manage purchase orders in SAP based on company purchasing needs.

Communicate with vendors to confirm deliveries and resolve order or invoice discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams to align material and product requirements.

Support sales order management, including order entry, tracking, and coordination.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing and vendor management policies.

Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Maintain documentation and assist in training new employees.

2–3 years of experience in purchasing or customer service.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
Hours for this Purchasing Specialist are M-F 1st shift
Pay for this Purchasing Specialist is 25.00 per hour
