Kelly Services is seeking a 2nd shift QA Coordination Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Shipment- Conducts a review of all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Identifies discrepancies and issues a corrective action plan
  • Trend data
  • Ordering - Manage all orders through procurement system to support the QA dept. Receives orders for payment
  • Maintains vendor and equipment records for future orders and manages QA supply inventory
  • Archives records, document control
  • Assist with updates with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)
  • Identify and create processes and write procedures


  • 2 year or 4 year college program in Food Science
  • Quality or related field
  • Knowledge and understanding of HACCP and USDA/FDA regulations
  • Inventory and database management preferred
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel
