Kelly Engineering Services, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson based in Irvine, CA, is currently hiring multiple Document Control Specialist to assist with the preparation and management of production-related documentation.

This is a full-time opportunity offering advancement potential, job security, and comprehensive benefit package.

Position Title: Document Control Specialist 
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $24.20 Hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay
Location: Irvine, CA

Job Description:

• Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and updating all manufacturing-related documents such as specifications, drawings, procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Version Control: Ensuring that the latest revisions of documents are available and appropriately distributed to relevant personnel while maintaining the integrity of previous versions.
• Document Distribution: Facilitating the distribution of documents to appropriate stakeholders, including production teams, quality assurance personnel, suppliers, and customers, as necessary.
• Document Control System Maintenance: Administering document control software or systems to track document status, facilitate collaboration, and ensure adherence to document control procedures.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring that all manufacturing documentation meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, including document formatting, content accuracy, and data integrity.
• Change Management: Coordinating document change requests, including reviewing proposed changes, obtaining necessary approvals, implementing revisions, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Must adhere to Good Documentation Practices. cGMP, FDA, ISO regulated environment.
• Previous experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or FDA/ ISO regulated environment a plus.
