  Quality Control Technician II

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician II to perform analytical testing of raw materials and production batches in a regulated lab environment. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document quality control tests using established SOPs and analytical instruments (HPLC, pH meters, viscometers, UV-Vis).

• Analyze results, report deviations, and participate in root cause investigations.

• Test and release raw materials; place non-conforming materials on hold and communicate findings.

• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure accurate records.

• Support ISO/GMP compliance, lab safety protocols, and internal audits.

• Manage lab inventory, maintain product retains, and ensure cleanliness and organization.

• Provide shift coverage and assist with training and lab improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field required.

• 3+ years of QC or analytical lab experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in lab techniques, instrumentation, data analysis, and documentation.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or GMP standards.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
