Qualifications You Must Have:
- Quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment
- Able to work Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30am or Fri-Sun 7am-7pm
- Able to train on 1st shift Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm for at least 3 months
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required based on government contracts
Quality Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage parts processing and dispositioning through the Material Review Board (MRB) process
- Organize and maintain MRB Cribs
- Communicate Quality Notifications for materials requiring review to part family owners, facilitating the creation and final approval of Rework/Repair Travelers
- Execute the final disposition of nonconforming materials, ensuring adherence to standards.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience using Solumina and/or SAP to process Quality Notifications for nonconforming materials and to confirm work instructions and routing requirements
- Experience working within an AS9100 manufacturing facility
