Job Title: QA Document Support Technician
Location: Onsite (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: ~$25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (some flexibility)
Contract Duration: Approximately 3 months (temporary role with no intent to convert permanent) About the Company
A medical device organization supporting life-saving technologies through rigorous Quality Assurance practices. The company operates within regulated environments and is committed to maintaining high standards of documentation, compliance, and operational excellence. Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support the Quality Assurance team with donor chart reviews, filing, scanning, and document organization. This is an entry-level, onsite role ideal for someone who is highly organized, able to work independently, and eager to gain experience in a regulated QA environment. Key Responsibilities
• Complete and close donor chart reviews according to SOPs
• Maintain File Room Checkout database and logs, including quarterly audit logs
• Sort and file Implant Summary Cards, Package Inspection Sheets, and Return Material Authorizations
• Sort and file incoming reports and data (pathology reports, micro summaries, etc.)
• Keep DQA File Room organized by archiving QA Complete/Rejected charts as needed
• Coordinate with Document Control to retrieve archived boxes
• Assist with scanning Certificates of Assurance as requested
• Communicate important information, policies, and procedures clearly to team members
• Develop systematic methods to meet timelines and complete assignments efficiently
• Demonstrate understanding of Quality System Regulations, ISO standards, and applicable QA requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Quality Assurance operations
  Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable handling documentation and administrative tasks
  • Problem-solving skills are a plus
  • Interest in Quality Assurance or regulated industries preferred
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position requiring attendance five days per week. The role involves file room organization, document handling, and coordination with Quality and Document Control teams. Top Skills We're Looking For:
