Kelly Services is seeking an experienced bilingual English/Spanish Quality Assurance Inspector for a busy plastics/metal manufacturing facility located in Orlando, FL 32837.

Pay- $19.00 – plus $2.00 Shift Differential -$21/hour
Schedule- Overnight- 6pm-6am( 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on , 3 off)

Job Description
Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Duties include the following but not limited to:

•    Analyze Raw materials, semi-finished product, and finished product in accordance with the Standard operating procedure.
•    Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and visual
•    Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures in accordance with the Standard operating procedure.
•    Evaluates data and writes reports validating or indicate deviations from         existing standards
•    Maintains a high level of housekeeping of the laboratory and testing rooms
•    Creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
•    Perform regular Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Audits.
•    Performs and coordinate food safety and job safety audits
•    Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
•    Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
•    Other duties may be assigned by the QA Manager

Qualifications/Education Requirements
•   Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Associates preferred
•   Proven success in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastics or metal crown packaging industry
•    3-5 years experience in a quality role 
•    Experience in the manufacturing Quality Control field – preferred
•    Experience with ISO certifications  
•    Must be able to Bilingual (Spanish) 
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures and manuals
•    Computer, photocopiers, scanners and  telephone system.
•    Microsoft Office
•    ERP System SAP a plus
•    Detail oriented
•    Collaboration Skills 
•    Well-organized
•    Problem-solving skills
•    Interpersonal communication skills
•    Communication proficiency skills
