Sign-On Bonus

$500 at 30 days of assignment

$500 at 90 days of assignment

$1,000 at 6 months on the job if hired direct by customer.  The 6-month period includes the time the worker was on assignment at customer and the time they are directly employed by the customer.

What's a typical day as a Quality Auditor Inspector? You'll be:

  • Performs intricate visual inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies ensuring they conform to requirements Reads visual aids, engineering change notices, special instructions and applies knowledge of electrical principles and IPC standards to determine acceptance or rejection of circuit boards and assemblies.
  • Enters standardized information into the MES system to record pass or failure of circuit boards and assemblies.
  • Determines cause and effect of defects and refers findings to manufacturing Reviews and approves solutions and refers unresolved issues to QA Group Leader and/or Quality leadership for resolution.
  • Trains other employees on quality processes and procedures.
  • Will have complete “bunny Suits” and strict gowning requirements.
  • Will need to have safety shoes. All other PPE will be provided.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Basic PC skills opening and closing programs, keyboarding skills and familiarity with MS Windows. 
  • Minimum two years relevant work experience or equivalent training.
  • Advanced reading, writing and math skills (12th grade level).
  • Able to work independently and cope with changing priorities on multiple work cells.
  • Acquire and maintain Certified IPC Specialist Certification and Jabil QC Certification Pass gage R&R test annually.
  • Strong work ethic. Willingness to work OT. Positive Attendance. Eager to learn.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
