Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00
Shift Time: 7pm-7am 
Rotating 3/4 day work weeks

What's a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You'll be:
• Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints
• Utilizing inspection tools efficiently and effectively, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, pin gages, height gages, Keyence measuring system, etc.
• Performing visual, dimensional, and functional testing/inspection as per established instructions and procedures
• Completing inspection data and records, as well as communicating the outcome of inspections
• Performing hourly visual inspections at workstations to ensure processes are being followed and resulting product meets specifications
• Identifying and processing suspect product or materials as per nonconforming or suspect material procedure
• Participating in sorting or reworking suspect product or materials when required
• Maintaining detailed inspection records and communication with pertinent personnel
• Supporting the ISO9001 Business Management System (BMS)
• Performing other quality related activities as defined in the job description

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (advanced education is desired)
• Have experience working with and understanding production procedures
• Are proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring devices
• Have good troubleshooting skills
• Can communicate effectively with fellow employees
• Have experience in Quality Assurance (preferred)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have the ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
• Have the ability to define problems and react to multitask situations efficiently
• Are able to lift up to 30 lbs.
