What You Will Do:
As a cornerstone of our quality assurance team, you will:

• Ensure Excellence: Conduct detailed inspections of both raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Lead with Knowledge: Utilize your HACCP certification and deep understanding of food safety regulations to identify risks, prevent foodborne illnesses, and uphold the integrity of our products.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in and recommend improvements for our quality processes, leveraging your 5+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry to set new quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with production teams to provide feedback and guidance, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and promptly.

Who You Are:

• Educated and Experienced: You hold a High School Diploma or GED and come equipped with at least 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector. Your HACCP certification sets you apart as a specialist in food safety.
• Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is unmatched, allowing you to spot issues before they become problems.
• A Safety Advocate: With a strong commitment to health and safety standards, you're always up-to-date on the latest food safety regulations and best practices.
• A Team Player: Excellent communication skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality and safety.
